1. Who we are, and who we are not
CareAll Digital Services, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, operates myfastag.in. We help vehicle owners apply for and look after SBI FASTags.
We are not State Bank of India, the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Indian Highways Management Company Ltd (IHMCL) or the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, and we are not a government body. This is not the official website of any of them. The official sources are:

2. The bank decides
Your FASTag is issued by State Bank of India, and your FASTag account, wallet balance and security deposit are held by SBI. Whether a tag is issued, blocked or blacklisted, and when the deposit and balance are refunded, are decided by the bank under NPCI and NHAI rules. We do the paperwork and follow it up for you. We cannot promise the bank’s decision or its timing.

3. We are not a bank
We are not a bank or payment company, and we do not hold your FASTag balance. Tolls are deducted by the toll system from your SBI FASTag wallet. If you pay us to recharge for you, the full recharge amount goes to your FASTag wallet. We never need your UPI PIN, card details or banking passwords.
4. Names and logos
“SBI”, the SBI logo, “FASTag”, “NETC” and related names and logos belong to State Bank of India, NPCI, NHAI/IHMCL and their other owners. We use them only to describe the SBI FASTag services we offer. Their use does not mean that this website is run or endorsed by any of them.
5. Information on this website
We write our pages with care, but FASTag rules, bank charges, toll rates and NHAI procedures change, sometimes at short notice. Information on this website is general guidance, correct to the best of our knowledge on the date shown. It is not legal or financial advice. Before you rely on it, check the current rule with the bank or the official sources above.
6. The toll cost calculator
The “FASTag vs UPI vs Cash” calculator on this website gives an estimate using the national highway fee rules: a vehicle without a valid, working FASTag pays twice the toll in cash, or 1.25 times the toll by UPI. Actual toll amounts depend on the plaza, your vehicle class and the rates in force, and are set by NHAI.

We link to official portals for your convenience. We do not run those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
8. Beware of fake FASTag websites and callers
Fake websites and callers sometimes pretend to be banks, NHAI or FASTag agencies to steal money or OTPs. Our only contact number is +91 90420 10180, and our office is in Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli. If in doubt, call us on that number before you pay anyone. To report fraud, call 1930 or visit cybercrime.gov.in.

We will never ask for your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, net-banking password, or an OTP that approves a payment. Anyone who asks is not us.
