CareAll Digital Services (operating at myfastag.in) is an authorized SBI FASTag partner registered under the National Electronic Toll Collection (NETC) program of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). We are not State Bank of India (SBI) itself. We operate as an authorized agent for the issuance, management, and support of SBI FASTag products.

2. Services Offered
CareAll Digital Services provides the following SBI FASTag services:
- New SBI FASTag issuance for all vehicle types
- SBI FASTag replacement (lost, damaged, or demagnetised)
- KYC update and Video KYC (V-CIP) re-validation
- Hotlist / blacklist removal and tag restoration
- Mobile number and vehicle number updates
- FASTag recharge assistance
- E-Notice payment guidance
- FASTag agent ID registration
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to any individual or entity that owns or operates a motor vehicle registered in India. You must be at least 18 years of age to engage our services. By submitting your vehicle and personal documents, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete, and belongs to you or you are authorised to submit it.
4. Service Fees and Payments
Service charges vary depending on the type of service requested. Fees include the SBI FASTag issuance fee, refundable security deposit (as mandated by SBI/NPCI), and applicable service charges. All fees are communicated to you via WhatsApp before processing begins. We accept payments via UPI, NEFT, RTGS, and other approved digital payment methods. Cash payments are not accepted for online orders.
5. Document Submission and KYC
You agree to submit valid and authentic KYC documents including Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), Aadhaar Card or PAN Card, and a passport-size photograph. Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents is a punishable offence under applicable Indian law. We reserve the right to reject applications if documents are found to be invalid.
6. Processing Time
Standard SBI FASTag issuance takes approximately 10–30 minutes after document verification. KYC updates and hotlist removals may take up to 24–48 hours depending on SBI/NPCI processing times. We shall not be held liable for delays caused by SBI systems, NHAI portals, or government infrastructure downtime.
7. User Responsibilities
- Ensure your FASTag wallet maintains sufficient balance to avoid toll penalties
- Affix the FASTag correctly on the inner side of the windshield (top centre)
- Notify us promptly if your tag is lost, stolen, or damaged
- Keep your registered mobile number active for SMS alerts and OTP
- Comply with NHAI's One Vehicle, One FASTag policy
8. Limitation of Liability
CareAll Digital Services acts as an authorized intermediary between customers and SBI/NPCI. We shall not be liable for:
- Toll deductions, penalties, or double charges caused by insufficient FASTag balance
- System downtime of SBI, NPCI, or NHAI portals
- Loss arising from incorrect information provided by the customer
- Phantom tolling or unauthorized deductions not caused by our negligence
- Changes in NHAI/MoRTH policy or SBI FASTag pricing
Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the service fee paid by you for the specific transaction in question.
9. Intellectual Property
The content, design, code, and materials on myfastag.in are the property of CareAll Digital Services and are protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. The SBI and FASTag logos and trademarks are the property of State Bank of India and NPCI respectively. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
