CAREALL did not begin as a company. It began as a family's word — given in 1936, in the trading houses of pre-independence India, and kept ever since. The goods have changed. The principle has not.

It began with our great-grandfather and a ledger of international trade. In an India still under colonial rule, the family built a name in cross-border commerce — where a handshake travelled further than any contract, and where being trusted with another's goods was the whole of the business.
That discipline — of carrying what belongs to someone else, faithfully — is the inheritance every generation since has been handed.
On 27 July 2000, Mr. S. Ravi David Nelson formalised the family enterprise as CAREALL Digital Services. The trade was no longer in goods, but in the paperwork that runs ordinary lives — PAN cards, digital signatures, and in time, an authorized dealership for SBI FASTag.
The product was new. The promise was the oldest one the family had: be trusted with the documents and transactions people cannot afford to get wrong.
Mr. Evalt David — BTech in Computer Science, eight sole patents and four shared — turned down a corporate career to carry the name forward. He incorporated the technology arm, David CAREALL E Digital Services Pvt Ltd, recognised as a DPIIT Startup in 2023.
His work is to take a craft built on personal trust and give it the reach of software — so the family counter in Tirunelveli can serve a customer in Ladakh as faithfully as one across the street.
Today CAREALL is an authorized SBI FASTag dealer under the NETC programme of NPCI, with over 50,000 tags issued, an active agent network, and customers in every state and union territory of India.
The reach is national. The counter in Tirunelveli is still open. And the word given in 1936 is still the only thing we ask you to take us on.

CAREALL is a private, authorized SBI FASTag dealer — not a government body.
We operate under the NETC programme of NPCI and issue SBI-branded FASTags as a licensed distributor. We are not the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), the Indian Highways Management Company Limited (IHMCL), or the State Bank of India. The official IHMCL "My FASTag" platform lives at ihmcl.co.in. We mention this plainly because a name nearly a century old is worth protecting — ours, and your trust in it.
The founder still answers the phone. The next generation writes the software. Between them, they carry a name that is older than most of the institutions they work with.
