Per-tag commission starts at ₹100 (final rate confirmed at onboarding). Active agents who sell 20+ tags in a calendar month qualify for an additional monthly bonus. Recurring services (KYC update, recharge, blacklist removal) carry separate per-service commissions. A typical part-time agent doing 25–30 tags/month earns ₹3,000–₹5,000+ plus bonuses; full-time agents in busy zones cross ₹15,000/month.
Do I need to invest money upfront?
No franchise fee. No large upfront investment. Agents maintain a small refillable wallet balance which is used for tag inventory and topped up monthly from your earnings. Training and the agent portal are free.
How long does CAREALL agent registration take?
Application via the form on this page or WhatsApp is acknowledged the same day. Document verification (Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, photo, bank account) takes 1–3 working days. After approval, you receive your unique CAREALL agent code, training, and access to the agent portal.
What documents do I need?
Aadhaar card, PAN card, address proof, recent passport photo, and a working bank account in your own name. Existing business proof (GSTIN, Shop & Establishment licence) is helpful but not required for individual agents.
I'm already a CAREALL agent — where do I log in?
The agent portal is currently rolling out — existing agents will receive an SMS / WhatsApp from CAREALL with their login link and instructions. In the meantime, continue using WhatsApp at 90420 10180 for tag issuance and queries. Portal launch: Q3 2026.
Is CAREALL the official NHAI / IHMCL agency?
No. CAREALL Digital Services is an authorized SBI FASTag dealer under the NETC programme of NPCI. We issue SBI-branded FASTags as a licensed distributor. We are not NHAI, IHMCL, SBI, or any government body. The official IHMCL "My FASTag" platform is at ihmcl.co.in and the My FASTag app on App Store / Play Store.
Can I work part-time?
Yes — many agents start part-time alongside an existing job. The 20-tag/month bonus threshold is achievable with steady weekend work in a small town. Full-time agents in busy zones (highways, transport hubs, vehicle showrooms) easily clear the threshold every month.
